I currently accept Medicare Part B with services typically provided at no cost to clients based on medical diagnosis (diabetes, kidney disease or kidney transplant only)

Self-pay rates are $175 for 60 minute initial sessions and $150 for 60 minute follow-up sessions.

I am able to work on a sliding scale or offer discounted rates for select clients. This is determined on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed. Please contact me for more information

I currently accept Medicare, cash pay and FSA/HSA. I anticipate to accept commercial insurance before September 2026 (Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross of CA, UHC).

All sessions are held remotely through a secure telehealth video platform. All scheduled times are PST as my office is based in the Bay Area, California.

Wednesdays 9am-5pm and Thursdays between 9am-9pm PST. Appointments on Tuesdays and Saturdays are available by request.

I work with clients across all disease states, including prediabetes, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, chronic kidney disease, digestive disorders, disordered eating, eating disorders and nutrition for general health.
